Beta Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 June 2026

1. The private beta

Iuvaro is in a private beta. Access is by invitation only, decided by the founder, and is free of charge during the beta. By creating an account or using Iuvaro you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • Sign up with the email address your invitation was issued for.
  • Keep your login credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are personal — please do not share access with others.

3. Acceptable use

Iuvaro is provided for your personal learning. You agree not to:

  • attempt to access another learner's data or accounts;
  • probe, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service;
  • scrape or bulk-extract content;
  • misuse AI-assisted features, including attempts to make them produce harmful content.

4. Educational content and AI support

Lessons, checkpoints, feedback, and tutoring support are provided for learning purposes, as-is. Some support is generated by an AI model and, despite our best efforts, may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Iuvaro does not guarantee exam results or specific learning outcomes, and it is not a substitute for professional educational advice.

5. Beta software, availability, and data

  • This is beta software: features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Learning data may be reset, migrated, or deleted at the end of the beta period; participants will be told before that happens.

6. Feedback

Feedback is the main thing we ask of beta participants. You agree that we may use the feedback you provide to improve Iuvaro, without obligation or compensation.

7. Ending participation

You may stop using Iuvaro at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@iuvaro.com. The founder may suspend or revoke beta access at any time, for example for misuse of the service or at the end of the beta.

8. Liability

Iuvaro is provided free of charge during the beta, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta evolves; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@iuvaro.com.
